For those of you that don't know me, I'm a long time EC-B dressage judge, past competitor and show organizer, and current coach and volunteer.

I can't begin to replace the years of commitment, dedication and enthusiasm Don has given to our sport.

But I have a passion for the grass roots, and we need to have our voices heard.

So let's start the conversation.
